NCIC is making good progress on structural steel erection of the AMLI Phase II apartments and mixed use structure on the corner of Pontius Ave. N. and Mercer Street in Seattle. The 7 story (above ground with 2 below) structure is centered on an open but covered courtyard at street level. North Coast is also involved with the miscellaneous steel construction of the supporting landscape, handrails, bench supports and fireplaces. This project will wrap up in Mid-May of 2015.
