The town of Concrete, Washington was needing a new fire station for about 15 years.  There was a great need but not the means to supply it.

When they received a million dollar grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce the dream became a reality.

North Coast Erectors was happy to participate in this project by fabricating and installing the handrails and supplying some of the structural steel.

At the close of this project Milo Sligar (project manager for Interwest Construction) said,

“Thank you for completing this project, I look forward to seeing it.  I know it cost you extra because of the issues, but I appreciate the integrity that you have shown through this process.  You definitely took the high road in correcting the issues when you could have easily walked away.  Thank you for that.  I will be calling on you for future projects.

Thank you,

Milo Sligar”
